My recent stay at Mercure left me with mixed feelings. The hotel offers a reasonable level of comfort and cleanliness, making it suitable for families like mine. However, the lack of included breakfast in my reservation was a minor inconvenience, leading to extra expenses.The staff members were courteous and accommodating, providing a warm welcome upon arrival. The room was spacious and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant stay for my family. The absence of noise disturbances also made for a peaceful night's rest.On the downside, the air conditioning unit was not functioning optimally, requiring a transfer to another hotel in the area. This unexpected inconvenience detracted from the overall experience.In terms of value, Mercure may not justify its price point given the hiccups encountered during my stay. Potential guests should consider the overall trade-off between cost and luxury before making a decision.
